"Absolutely appalling. We have been going here for years and loved it and the staff. I ordered a delivery. It took ages and the lady who answered the phone when I ordered clearly had no clue what Indian dishes were. I was going to ask for the manager but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt but she struggled so much she had to put the manager on. He then charged me over £40 for a main dish and three sides. I queried it and he knocked off a tiny bit. Final result… we got delivery after one hour and it was wrong!! No chicken tikka main dish.. just lots of curry sauce. I rang and complained . Was asked if I wanted it delivered now?!!!! Offered a refund which didn’t seem much so said no I won’t be back again. So disappointing.., wonder if it’s new staff? Will useDelhi winter in future… totally reliable."

Fantastic meal as always the Heritage team are so friendly and helpful delivering not just great food but top class customer service. If you haven’t been before and you love freshly prepared Indian food you should visit the Heritage.

Really great place years ago. Ordered starters for take away. Spent 25 pounds on 3 veg pakora, chicken pakora, sauces and cucumber Rialta. Spiced onion ok. Veg pakora dry and inedible. Chicken poor quality. Curdled rialta. Fair play offered to remake and send but put us off. Looks pre made, shame really

Terrible customer service Delivery driver attacked my neighbour with our food, which ended up all over the car and street. Manage said they just take anyone as they need drivers.I didn’t want replacement food but the manager brought it, he didn’t listen to what I wanted to say.Terrible customer service Terrible for a child to see such behaviour.Will not be ordering food ever again from here. To be honest I tried to order elsewhere but it was closed so I had to try the Heritage again. I wasn’t impressed last time but I thought I’d give it another try. We ordered vegetable pakora, pashwari Nan, rice and two chicken meals. The pakora was a burned reheat so we didn’t finish them. The pashwari sadly was just a lump of dough and that was left too. The biggest issue though is the the two different chicken dishes tasted almost exactly the same so there was no gain from sharing the two courses. When we went to the heritage to start with it was great but sadly it hasn’t maintained those standards.

I couldn't fault the service from the staff but unfortunately the food didn't live up to a traditional Indian curry. I have visited several Indian restaurants across the country, including personal trips to India, and yes we have westernised Indian food however, I have never tasted a chicken tikka masala (CTM) with onions through it even though the base is/can be made with onions, this was not authentic and the fact I do not personaly like onions, which was the reason I choose CTM. Staff requested to inform them in future to have it blended. Sorry I'm looking for a traditional CTM. Will not be back unfortunately. To reiterate the staff were very helpful.
