"We had the pasta scampi and grilled beef. Loved the flavour of the scampi pasta and the sweet pickled onions went beautifully with the beef and potatoes. We also had a mixed salad. Waitress was welcoming friendly and efficient. Decor is homely and casual. There's a few more dishes on the menu that I think we'll be back to try. Update on second visit. On our last night in Monterosso we decided to have dinner here again. This time we had prosciutto with melon, the fried mixed sea food and pasta with pesto potatoes and beans. The crispy prawns, calamari and octopus dish of seafood was particularly delish. The pesto pasta was also delightful. And what impressed me was my teacup came heated and the pot was a generous size. And yes staff remembered us. I've just bumped up the Star rating. Kid-friendliness: Child friendly. I also spotted a high chair in the corner. This was the Italian pasta we were searching for our whole trip! WOWOW. The flavoring on both pastas was incredible, we ate a lot of pasta in Italy but this was by far our favorite!
