"First time here and would not go back. Very unfriendly welcome from the 2 girls working. It was Freezing cold in there and very dull atmosphere. The place was dirty and the toilet floor was soaking no wet floor sign Desserts didn't come all together. Absolutely rubbish."

We went to Kaspa's on City Road the other day and everything was amazing! Their waffles are the best in town and the staff was super friendly. Can't wait to go again!

Took more than 5 minutes waiting to order, no one was attending. Another 10 minutes waiting for a soft ice-cream. There were a few staff/crew but didn’t know what to do. Absolutely horrible service.

Wow my friend i had another wonderful time at kaspas. Ordered the the cookie dough with bueno topping.. omg so delicious. Staff are so helpfull the manager Amir was very attentative... You will not be dissapointed with a visit to the best Kaspas in the UK... x x x x
