"Location is great, just off seven dials in Covent Garden. It's a little like walking into a slightly posh canteen in style, but not a bad thing. Tables all set in rows, exposed brick work, slight school feel grey chairs, but a comfortable atmosphere. The mezze sharing platter was very nice, although I'm not totally sure it's region, but that's just because I didn't order and see the menu. It consisted of olives, spiced nuts, cheese, bread, green chillies and artichokes. It was all very good though, but felt a little like a mish mash of food. That said, it was all finished! We had pork belly and potatoes which was lovely. The pork belly was crispy and chewy and perfectly cooked, it was very filling and really tasty. It came with a potato rosti of some sort which was divine. The garlic and oyster mushrooms were a great accompaniment, very nice.We had cocktails, which were lovely, if not (like London) a little stingy. Too much ice in one and not filled in a martini glass in another, which made us feel slightly robbed. Tasty though.Team were polite and made us feel welcome. A nice visit and we came away feeling very full."

The restaurant is known for its creative modern breakfast dishes, such as the Turkish eggs and spiced banana French toast. I had the signature hot-smoked salmon on toast but it was a real let down

You will fall in love with the ‘Turkish eggs’ simply delicious. On the weekend I suggestion booking. Brunch menu was served to 16:00. Service was good, the only downside was when the restaurant is busy it is very loud.

We could then enjoy more the ambience and the food from this Michelin restaurant without a rush Just feel like it will be 5 stars if everything could slow a bit so that it won't be so business like meal it will be more relaxing for our weekend brunch

Perfectly acceptable for quick brunch. Service is functional, perhaps impersonal but sometimes you just want food served to the table without much ado anyway! I opted for Turkish eggs based on previous reviews. This dish alone compels me to return. Probably not a place to linger as it seems constantly busy.

Kopapa is a good bet for team dinners. The set menu is good. The soup is excellent and the cod was quite nice! Didn't particularly enjoy the muhammarah. We got our table quickly, service was good, they have a good wine list. Overall safe bet. At one point, I thought it was a bit too noisy but it isn't much of a problem really. Go for it!

Kopapa – Maori for ‘a gathering, to be crowded, a building to store food†– is one of New Zealand chef, Peter Gordon‘s restaurant†s. Often known as the father of fusion food, I†ve long been excited by his cooking – as seen on TV or read about – though I†d never been to one of his restaurants. I therefore thought Annie†s idea that we go to Kopapa a great one and we went there last night.

This was a birthday outing and it lived up to expectations. There was a good range of breakfast options for vegetarians, and the food tasted great and was well presented. I recommend the field mushrooms, while my partner's Turkish eggs were also sumptious. The cafe had a friendly, informal atmosphere, and we were able to chat and read the paper while we lingered over this breakfast treat. We booked for 11.00 a.m., and came out just over an hour later: we did not need any lunch that day!
