"a pochi minuti da Siena, passando dalla splendida campagna di Siena, nel villaggio di vagliagli per mangiare deliziose carni. E' davvero bello. Servizio disponibile e amichevole. Prendiamo un antipasto: crostini con fegatelli, uova di quaglia e tartufi eccellenti, sapori veri e fatti in casa. in più del loro spontaneo ci porterà un gusto eccezionale trippa e panzanella deliziosa. Per entrambi i bellissimi fiorentini. carne di ottima qualità, cotta molto bene (fuori bruciato e dentro il sangue) morbida e gustosa. Per non sufficiente contorno di carciofi fritti e patate incluse nel secondo. Abbiamo lasciato la stanza per un dessert. creme brûlé. Tutto davvero bene. sapori veri. Buona scelta di vini. Prezzo più che onesto! per tornare per un viaggio a 10 minuti dalla città."

Staff and food are SPOT ON. I hope Tourists stay away from this spectacular spot. What an incredible experience and I look forward to returning with friends when wee return in July. Each course was better than the last. BRAVO

Cucina del territorio ben eseguita senza ribaltamento o revisione non necessaria. Buona qualità materie prime Ho trovato la pasta Mancini eccellente da Marche, il Passo Florio e altri prodotti che di solito uso a casa. Ambiente semplice piacevolmente rustico, un bel mazzo di margherite di campo vicino al nostro tavolo ha deliziato la vista. Servizio accurato ma distaccato, alla fine della cena siamo stati un po' dimenticati e abbiamo chiesto il check e il caffè al tavolino del caso. Prezzi onesti.
