Wir hatten das Frühstück hier während Ihres Aufenthalts im Hotel in 2015 und 2016. Beide Male war das Essen immer Tip Top. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und überhaupt nicht steif wie finden Sie in einigen Hotels. Das Mittag- und Wein Service im O Terrasse ist vorbildlich.

Es ist Elegant, ohne übertrieben zu sein. Sie können in Jeans angezogen werden, ohne dass man sie anschaut. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, der Service ist auf Augenhöhe und die Preise sind nicht billig, aber auch nicht teuer. Wenn Sie einen schönen Abend verbringen möchten, besonders wenn das Wetter die Terrasse offen lässt, ist dies einer meiner Favoriten in Lausanne.

Confort, choix, les serveurs sont au petits soins mais ne manquent en général pas d'humour. La vue est magnifique et l'on peut en profiter même en hiver. L'endroit est surtout magique durant la période des fêtes.Les boissons et les mets sont certes plus coûteux quand dans le reste des établissements lausannois mais tout est tellement au-dessus des standards que cela paraît naturel. On pourrait y rester l'après-midi entier.

Ein entspannender gemächlich Mittagessen mit einigen der besten Foie Gras gegessen und wir haben unsere Auswahl von der Speisekarte mit einige ausgezeichnete Schweizer Wein. Ausgezeichnet Kellner, der uns verlobt mit uns in perfekt Englisch und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.Das Essen war exzellent bewertet weil in Bezug auf Aussicht, Komfort, Qualität des Wein das Essen und die Gastfreundschaft nicht verbessert werden könnte.

We have been here numerous times and the dishes do change probably partly seasonal partly suppliers but always of the highest quality.I wish to highlight four starter dishes they do so well this Sunday firstly cured beetroot infused salmon salmon sashimi and cured fera and then the finely sliced carpaccio of octopus with capers and radish which took the prize.I mention this as it is perfect for summer brunch.There is often slices of raw tuna but not this time This really is the part of the brunch I am always drawn to and check it out as soon as I arrive
