"Quelle merveilleuse table à Saint Martin ! Tout fut au top, du début à la fin. Les plat sont magnifiquement préparé avec des assaisonnements et des cuissons maîtrisées à la perfection ! J’ai pu tester les langoustines en entrée (une merveille), puis les ris de veau (qui sont parmi les meilleurs que j’ai gouté si ce ne sont les meilleurs), et juste un mot: waouh ! Bravo à la cheffe et son commis qui maîtrisent vraiment leur sujet. Service efficace et nous avons eu droit à un petit digestif offert en fin de repas. Tarif au niveau de la prestation et du lieu. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant à qui souhaite passer un bon moment culinaire."

Ce restaurant nous a été conseillé par la personne qui nous loue notre appartement. Magnifique moment là cuisine le service et le choix des vins. Tout est parfait. very beautiful establishment close to the port, but to the concept opposite the catch-to-turn restaurants of the area.In this establishment everything is done with taste: the decoration generating an intimate setting, and especially the kitchen where the accuracy of the cooking reveals the touches of originality of the card.
