an excellent address to Saint Brieuc. the frame is (very) atypical, food is excellent, fresh, all homemade. The service is impeccable, what more? A very good time to pass.

Found by accident we are English the restaurant staff all French made us very welcome. We've visited L'horizon twice in the past 2 months, including Christmas Day. Our first visit was seafood heaven: incredibly fresh crevettes avec house-made mayonnaise and wonderful Coquilles St. Jacques served with a basket of delicious frites with the skins on.
