Simply the best fish and chips today. And lovely helpful staff. Crisp batter, new potatoes. Fresh tea and coffee served with meal as we had asked for.

Nice fish, however the chips were literally the worst chips I have ever eaten from a chip shop. Scrapings from the bottom of the pan. We bought five different meals, they were all the same.

We came back after a day exploring the countryside (where as it was a Monday non of the local eateries were open) so very hungry ordered food and it was not a disappointment. Tasty fish with crunchy batter and the sides were just as good....A must try in the cheesy onion rings.

the first time I visited this load, and I was impressed by the selection of vegan options. I had the vegan haggis that was beautiful, although the teig was a bit heavy for me. the haggis himself was beautiful, full of sweetness. my partner...has the vegan chickenburger he enjoyed, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

had fish and chips on our first night in Cullen and they were a disappointment. I thought as Cullen is known for seafood and fish that the only fish and chip shop would be fantastic. But sad to say it wasn't. The chips were refried...or something like that they weren't good. The fish batter was too much and not thin enough. Wouldn't recommend. Sorry.

Went for fish and chips on a Sunday night. Place was busy with plenty of customers coming and going. Fish was a bit greasy but the chips were a disgrace. They were scraps not proper chips. All the customers were getting these scraps. If you...go make sure you see the chips and either refuse then or take them back. I’m afraid there are plenty of other much better places to spend your hard earned money.

after a walk immersed on the beach and needed something warm. we had the deep fried sausages and chips and could not have been happier. I had broken sausages while my friend was clear, and they were just perfect. the skip had just opened for the day and both the sausages and the chips were obviously boiled in fresh oil. **** hot and not too fat, with salt for me and noble for my friend. highly recommended.
