"Fui ao Puerta de Alcala e vi o restaurante que achei charmoso, porém no dia não tinha mas reserva, ok. Reservei para o outro dia; Chegando a hostel me acompanhou até a mesa, onde eu pedi para que pudesse ser trocada por outra em um outro lugar que estavam ocupadas, ela falou tdo bem, ok. Após desocupar a mesa onde eu gostaria ela não me trocou, inclusive colocou outras pessoas que chegaram na hr e sem reserva, FRUSTRANTE o que tbm só piorou com a demora para alguém me atender! Por fim o garçom que me atendeu era muito simpático e atencioso, não me recordo o nome, mas fez um ótimo trabalho salvando assim meu jantar e minha avaliação! Sobre a comida: Entrada Vieras com molho Teriyaki o que estava excepcional; Prato Arroz Meloso, parece estranho mas está assim no menu, por sinal muito bom tbm. E pra finalizar brownie com sorvete."

Bad service. on Saturday 8 pm and in front of the alcala door how not to emerase with more waiters or with better wrong sound? the night was saved thanks to the dishes that were late and in disorder, were quite good. the white wine didn't come before or with dinner and to claim it they brought it late without cooling.

La noche se salvó gracias a los platos que aunque llegaron tarde y en desorden , estaban bastante bien. The food is rich. shrimp a little dry. the rich and fun Brazilian potatoes. bass, merluza and very rich rapper, but the broochta had two raffles and two lobsters. more than a brooch seemed like an appetizer.
