"I took my girlfriend here for a Valentines dinner, a place she always wanted to visit. I made reservations well in advance, just to be sure. The first thing we noticed was the ambient setting and the nice design with just the right lighting. Our table was set a bit further from the others providing us with the right amount of personal space. The rest of the restaurant is set up more or less in the same way. The Valentines menu consisted of four courses, each of which tasted delicious. We started of with some sashimi and sushi, followed by a risotto with sole. The main course consisted of veal, mashed potato and spinach followed by a dessert consisting of fried chocolate truffel, frozen crème brûlée and raspberry ice cream. Upon request we were brought drinks with each course, since neither of us is a connoisseur. To us the drinks matched up perfectly with the dishes.This was our first real fine dining experience, and although a bit skeptical at first regarding the value for money, I can say that it was a very good experience for the both of us. The service was good and very friendly, not perfect, but that was made up for with the Valentines rose for my girlfriend and a drink on the house.If you're in Marburg and want a fine dining experience in a wonderful setting I can definitely recommend you to visit this place."

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Ob Fleisch oder Fisch es war auf den Punkt gegart, der Fisch schön glasig das Fleisch Butterzart. Die Abläufe sind noch etwas holprig. Das Brot kam erst mit der Vorspeise anstatt zum Wein um den Geschmack zu neutralisieren.

Bisher war ich nur zwei mal im Esszimmer und bestellte jedesmal das 5 Gang Überraschungsmenü mit Weinbegleitung. Leider muss ich sagen: Ich werde mich noch öfter überraschen lassen müssen.Sowohl die Speisen, als auch die Getränke waren wirklich sehr gut. Ich habe 4Paare zum Essen engeladen.Jeder hat etwas Anderes bestellt. Sowohl die Vorspeisen, die Hauptgänge und die Nachspeisen überzeugten mit spitzen Geschmack. Überragende Qualität und optisch sehr ansprechend serviert.Wir waren alle ausnahmslos begeistert.Dazu sehr gute Weiss- und Rotweine.hier werden wir öfter hinkommen und in sehr schönem Ambiente speisen und uns vom sehr netten und kompetenten Personal bedienen lassen.Einfach nur Top.

Nous venons souvent à marburg pour le travail. Souvent nous mangeons en haut de la ville dans la partie étudiante. Ce restaurant est très bon très raffiné. En plus ils font un menu surprise pour toute la table nous n avons pas été déçu.Je suis retournée une seconde fois pas de menu surprise car la table n etait pas s accord. Certains ont pris des suschis en entrée tout était trés frais l avocat mur etc.. j ai pris une entrée avocat mozzarella et huile de truffe c est tres rafraichissant un pur bonheur. La carte des vins est tres bien.Je le recommande vraiment. Ce restaurant est un peu loin à pied si votre hotel est au centre (15 min à pied) par contre il est 3 min de l hotel villa vita.
