"We went for a family meal, the experience wasnt good and we ordered dessert at the end and it was awful. This came out in a clay bowl. At the time I hadn't noticed but it had a chip in it. I took a bite into the ice cream i had swollen some of the chipped bowl. When telling a staff member they were not bothered and just offered another ice cream. Whilst I did accept this at the time, this wasn't a compensation it was just something they did. I will never be attending again. On top of this the quality does seem to have gone down hill. We will be trying to find elsewhere as we have been coming here for years now so it's a massive shame. But definitely do not order the ice cream as its not worth the money. £6 for a very small pot of ice cream with no flavour as its definitely freezer burnt. I absolutely love the food here, but I'd rather go when there isn't 100 birthdays at the same time! It can be very very busy but the service is always brilliant as is the food! I do think drinks are crazily expensive and having to pay adult prices for children over 12 would be fine if my children would eat anything other than rice. Great evening last night. Every single staff member was friendly and had a laugh and a joke with us. They were very careful with our food as we had a veggie in the group and a peanut allergy! All of the food was lovely and brought out very quick! The restaurant was air conditioned too which was amazing after walking in from the 30 degree heat! Really pleasant experience and a total opposite to what some of the reviews have said! Thank you for a great birthday meal treat! we will see you again!
