We had a wonderful evening featuring fantastic food and excellent service. There was a small mix-up with one of the meals, but it was promptly resolved. The restaurant has a charming ambiance and the chefs are truly talented. I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

The restaurant offers a good variety of Asian dishes, all of high quality. For takeout, I had dinner that cost around £10-20 per person. The food deserves a rating of 4 out of 5, while the service was excellent, earning a 5. The atmosphere was also top-notch, rating another 5. Went tonight for the first time. I have a health condition which means eating out is difficult. However they went out of their way to ensure the food I received was tailored to me. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was amazing. The Manager was so lovely and the Chef even checked what I’d ordered and offered an alternative which was delicious. Will be back! This restaurant in Hessle is an absolute gem and a must-visit. It was an impromptu decision to go, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. I can’t wait to tell all my friends about it! The staff were polite, attentive, and provided quick service, and the food was simply delightful. The menu offers a wide range of starters, main dishes, sides, and a few dessert options. We definitely plan to return to sample more of the delicious offerings. Overall, it’s a fantastic dining experience!

So I’ve been a big advocate for this place but I have to say after last night. Sumo is now a no go for me! I ordered my normal, sweet and sour chicken and jasmine rice. First bite, I crunched into something that I thought wasn’t very nice? I then looked and inspected the chucked which was dark grey at best, I then removed a horrible piece of dark bone and some type of cartilage that was it, enough to put me off my meal. On inspecting the other pieces of chicken I wasn’t very impressed. My partner orders the duck boa bun, there was duck but literally nothing else, no copper spring onion or anything else they just have ran out.
