Unfortunately, this restaurant has declined since our previous visit a few years ago. The food seemed processed and the beers were flat. The chips were dry and tasted powdery. It's a disappointment because the food used to be delicious. We won't be returning.

Came in on a whim on a day out and glad we did. Amazing view of the beach from outside and inside. Really enjoyed my food here and my partners pie was lovely aswell. Greeted by really friendly staff who checked to make sure that everything was okay for us and can confidently say that I would 100% come again. View menu

the location of this pub is incredible. the service delivered along side the food was exquisite. i wholeheartedly would recommend the albion as a place to go not only for drinks but for food as well. I had one of their 2 for £10 cocktails and i was not let down by it. affordable but tasted expensive! would recommend.

We decided to visit this restaurant as a nostalgic trip, but it was a mistake. The food was subpar and I could have cooked better at home. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which was unexpected. The tables were sticky and poorly maintained. It's disappointing that a pub with a great view is not living up to its potential.

Service was great and what a view but that was that was the worst food we have ever had ! I ordered a prawn ciabatta . It was so dry and tasteless . I ended up picking off the prawns and leaving the bread at £8.95 I am at from impressed ! Hubby has a tuna ciabatta and found it dry too . I don’t mind paying but I am not paying that price when the food is poor ! View menu

The Albion is a familiar pub where we decided to have a pre-booked family lunch gathering of 20 on a Saturday. We enjoyed homemade soups, crusty bread, sandwich options including a vegan one, and desserts. The chef even made me two of my preferred soup. Everything was delicious, the sandwiches were freshly made with nice bread, and there were also hot snacks like samosas and sausage rolls. The service was attentive and well-organized, even more so than we were as guests. Greg, Reece, and all the staff went above and beyond to make our day very happy. Thank you!

My recent visit to the Albion in Arnside left much to be desired. After a lovely walk and deciding on eating at The Albion the highlight of my disappointment was the Sunday roast. The beef was disappointingly tough, below average quality making it a struggle to enjoy the meal. To make matters worse, the vegetables accompanying the dish were reminiscent of something quickly microwaved, lacking the freshness and flavor that one would expect. It's disheartening to see such a decline in food quality, and I hope the Albion can address these issues to provide a more satisfying dining experience. Have you ever thought you were invisible or maybe thought that you were on a video of the old single by Splodgenessabounds? (Look it up, it 's great. Popped in to the Albion for a drink recently and was pleased to find no-one waiting at the bar and also two barstaff stood there apparently ready to serve me. The two bartenders were having a little chat about shifts and days off etc, all very important I 'm sure, and I assumed I 'd be noticed in a moment. Then these two were joined by a third person, a manager type perhaps as he wasn 't wearing the uniform, and the conversation continued.
