"This pub along the Thames Path is hands down my favorite. It's situated around 2.6 miles outside of Henley and offers excellent food at reasonable prices. The spicy pizza was amazing, and they also have a great selection of Marlow Rebellion beer. The staff is young, but very attentive and efficient. I would definitely give it five stars for service and location."

This lovely pub is in a great location, perfect for walking to from either Henley or Sonning. Although the interior was restricted due to refurbishments, the beautiful beer garden more than made up for it. Service received a rating of 4, while the location was given a 5.

Food was mixed. Our mains were fairly decent, but the apple crumble was one of the worst I've had bland and tasteless. The staff were friendly, although service was unbelievably slow. Perhaps an understaffing issue, as the staff were rushing about like headless chicken and forgetting things.
