this place has so much atmosphere it feels like home people with flip-flop to foot. the gin selection is amazing, not to forget the local brew the quiz night is fun the owner david is a great host the staff are so friendly all around large place

not often I check here, but I had to for this place. extraordinary greeting and service, great eating, great beer (obvious) and 160-odd gins. and it is dog-friendly! find me a better place pub, seriously. exceptional and could not be recommended enough.

After we left another local pub because they could not serve us for an hour or more, we even took a chance here that it heaving. (teatime) here before and again was tasty x we both had the small fish and chips small!? still the most beautiful fish and chips you had and always made to feel welcome. fast, to become my fave place.

it is a real gin patch with a brain spin selection. the half of our party went over board and tried to pull them through. for the Ale-Drinkers they had a lot to do, including the Citra-Gäste by oakham brewery. eating was good, we had a lot, and attention was given to gluten-free options. service and personal were the top equipment. the manager of personal attention and sports will ensure our return. great place!

Nice pub in Retford. We had reserved a room for a large gathering in the evening. They had a great selection of drinks, featuring many local beers, and the staff were very friendly. The food was quite tasty, although the portions were large and filling. The chips, in particular, were excellent—big, chunky, and just like proper chippy chips! It was fun that the bar hosted a competition during the evening to guess the rugby score, which made watching the match even more exciting. Parking spaces on-site are a bit limited, but there’s plenty of street parking available. Overall, it's a fantastic place to visit if you're in Retford! View menu
