Wow! Last minute date night with my other half and it was amazing, tapas was beautiful and very filling, main course was so nice too just couldn’t finish as tapas filled us up! Keep doing what your doing guys

Amazing tapas restaurant/bar All the food we ordered (which included 5 tapas dishes, loaded fries and a desert) were all perfect, could not recommend highly enough. The location is brilliant next to a free car park and the staff is lovely.

We decided to dine at this restaurant on a whim on an early Saturday evening and were seated promptly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made fantastic recommendations for tapas, which were all excellent. The portions were generous, the dishes were flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. View menu

Absolutely love the food at the black swan. It's so tasty and the tapas is excellent! Lots of choice, food is fresh and tasty. Other options on the menu are equally as delicious but I haven't found anywhere that does tapas anywhere near as good as the black swan. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

After being open a fair few years this place does not disappoint. The staff are very friendly, it's always busy yet always clean. The food.... AMAZING! The best calamari I've ever had in the UK. The portions are still a decent size and always come up very hot. Twenty years as a restaurant manager and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing tapas a wide range of small plates on the menu. Between two couples we had ten tapas dishes and a bowl of fries. All the dishes arrived together, the food was hot, beautifully cooked and totally delicious. The serving staff were friendly and efficient. All in all, an excellent experience that we can recommend without reservation. View menu

Fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the unique touch of having it come up from the kitchen below stairs. The chef definitely brought out the umami flavors in the dishes. My Black Swan Sloppy Burger was incredibly tasty and the homemade fries were a real treat.

Lunch with my daughter, really lovely tapas, daughter is vegetarian and found plenty to choose from.Excellent tzatziki. Really lovely staff, went out of their way to direct us to a nearby carpark as the fair was on in the Coppice carpark nearby for a couple of days. Staff even switched on the heating as we were trying to find a warm spot to sit bright but chilly day . Couldn't fault it for excellent food and attentive friendly service. Will definitely return.

Visited whilst staying in Belper, a cheaper alternative to make day trips into the Peak District. Fab tapas and cocktails, great value for money and a hidden gem for those looking for great tasting food at affordable prices. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, especially the manager/owner(didn’t catch her name but a lovely lady who squeezed us in on our 2nd visit even though we hadn’t booked). Thank God they aren’t any closer to home as we would be skint and a +40” waist! View menu
