"I love this place! Welcoming staff, and it's situated overlooking the harbour. There's a down to earth menu which is locally sourced where possible. Absolutely delicious Feel Good Platter, with the most amazing locally grown red roasted peppers!"

Great location and menu. Wish I'd found it sooner rather than on the last day of my visit to Guernsey.

It is a great, good food and service restaurant. In the middle of a busy harbour and the island’s beach boulevard.

I really did eat it! We thought it was a bit pricey, but it was. A topication to sit down and the food was really exquisite! View menu

"fantastic 3 nights in the harbour view apartment adjacent to the duke of richmond hotel. the apartment was fantastic: even with its own entrance door from the street, it included the floor and the first floor of a converted city house (there is also garden apartment underneath). two large and comfortable bedrooms with large en suite bathroom upstairs, and a good living room, separate dining room, well equipped kitchen and garderobe wc in the ground floor. it looks recently renovated, I would say in the last 2 years, beautifully designed and well finished. perfect space and facilities for a family of 4 or two pairs. the hotel itself has been closed for renovation so that we do not use any of the facilities, or see much when it was over the lobby and reception, but it looked very beautiful. because the hotel was closed, we were offered a self-catering that was very reasonable. I would say that the normal rate (which includes breakfast, canapes, twice daily housekeeping etc) would also be fair. service was fantastic recipe and reservations personal were most helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. the location is good a short walk downhill through candie gardens to the main shopping restaurant. we were able to use one of the 5 parking places of the hotel all the time we were, what was great, but I could imagine that parking a bit a challenge in the summer."
