"This is my third post about a pub which was mine and my partners favorite. The staff are always friendly Dana is a great addition to the team. I refer this pub for grub to alot of friends and family but unfortunately no more. Around a month back I believe the kitchen staff was switched. The only way that I can explain the truly radical difference in quality at drapers. My first 2 posts raved about the food but now it is honestly one star at best. Burnt food frequently. Food not being served as described, i.e cranberry in anything! Order no lettuce in a wrap, get extra lettuce. Chips with the burger is 8 chips. Smaller portions and just not the same as a month or two ago. Honestly I could go on! We are very frequent eaters but will start to go elsewhere if the food quality doesn't return to its previous quality. Very disappointed."

Yesterday evening at the Drapers Arms for a quick drink before our dinner reservation. Wow, what friendly friendly friendly staff sat in the beautiful small garden area was looking forward to again for drinks and dinner a night soon

The food always looked good when I went by. So on Saturday my husband and I and two friends went to breakfast. We were very impressed. The staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious and a very reasonable price, and what impressed me was the fact that the food was nice and hot, and came on hot plates. Something that doesn't happen anywhere. We're definitely coming back.

The Drapers is a good place to go. For always friendly staff and the food was always 5* I have tried a few different dishes and for pub food, you cannot go wrong. (I am also a food!! The price of food compared to quality is excellent. Especially in this life crisis! They are still able to feed a family of 6 for £50! Good selection of drinks (you still do Fosters!! Big food 5*
