"I have had many breakfasts there and its OK for the price, unfortunately consistency isn't a thing at the Drapers. I have had some really nice, well prepared breakfasts there but also had some terrible ones, my last one was not very good. Asked for soft egg, got hard overcooked eggs. Sausages and hash browns were very dark like they were either reheated in a deep fat fryer or just cooked for too long and the mushrooms were inedible, almost black with a weird spicey sour taste to them. On a good day the breakfasts are great, on a bad day they are, well, bad. But for a cheap Saturday morning breakfast it alright, but just alright."

Great place to come and watch football, loads of screens. Table app service is good. Food was decent. Will go again when in Stevenage.

I'm not a regular but have been there for the odd drink. Not bad, nothing special. Probably the best place to watch football in the old town but that's about it.

Traditional pub the food was good and the staff helpful. Large varied menu. Some dishes were unavailable due to supply difficulties. All in all though a good experience.

I and my friends go very often into the drapers arms, the staff are so beautiful, special screaming out to Dean, Aaliyah, Dan, Roxy and Claire, for everything they have done to help us. DJ is amazing and so beautiful. Great atmosphere to go out for a night!

The food always looked good when I went by. So on Saturday my husband and I and two friends went to breakfast. We were very impressed. The staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious and a very reasonable price, and what impressed me was the fact that the food was nice and hot, and came on hot plates. Something that doesn't happen anywhere. We're definitely coming back.

The Drapers is a good place to go. For always friendly staff and the food was always 5* I have tried a few different dishes and for pub food, you cannot go wrong. (I am also a food!! The price of food compared to quality is excellent. Especially in this life crisis! They are still able to feed a family of 6 for £50! Good selection of drinks (you still do Fosters!! Big food 5*

We spent a day and most of the evening here yesterday. The pub is very spacious with plenty of seating. The whole group ate food which was enjoyed by all. There were two children in our group who were made to feel welcome. Special thank you to the wonderful CJ who looked after us all night. Being a large group we made a few mistakes when ordering which were entirely our own fault, CJ delt with it quickly and politely and couldn’t have done more to make our visit as wonderful as it was.
