I think is was the landlord who served me; we had a nice chat and he brought some biscuits outside for my Terriers. A pleasant place to visit. Will visit again to try the food. a really nice pub in a fantastic environment. eating is exquisite and the personal is incredibly friendly and efficient. we had the pleasure of coming here when an event was on, a group of folk singers who really took up in the atmosphere. my friend and I will be back soon. highly recommended.

walk from the campsite approx. a mile on a hill, but ok when we were there the bar staff were very friendly and helpful we were shown on a table, one we ordered to eat came quickly a was nice. talked about how they thought about wild camping for campervans, the big place to visit for food camping was closer to the way back with a few drinks.
