The Globe Inn - Menu

yesterday we had a nice meal to lunch with the family, with 2 small ones that could not have been more helpful. Eating and drinking was delicious, fabulous place and would definitely recommend.

We didn't book so we were very lucky to get a table. They hand wrote a vegan menu for us with several options. We had leek and potato soup to start and gnocchi for main. Not cheap but fantastic quality and attention to detail.

we ordered both starters available and both netzen available. soup was divine also with broth and vegan spread. tempura veg was also delicious with a sweet chili sauce. mains were beautiful and I loved the vegan cheese frittier

if they are in front and let them know that they are a vegan, they will make a note of it. had a terrible experience here bad service and very slow food. the brot we ordered did not arrive. when my head arrived, it was very bad. not worth the money.

the restaurant/hotel welcomes dogs and their veggie sausages are vegan so you can have a vegan fry up breakfast!!! they also provide other vegan options at lunch/dinner (good idea to ring up beforehand) such as tempura vegetables, soup, salad and risotto.

the personal tried to be very accommodating, although only one option for vegan porn so if they did not like it, then they were hungry! the main was gnocchi with sun-dried tomato and olive in a tomato sauce, very tasty, but could be more exciting for over £15 per serving

I'm so glad we went to the world with friends last night. the pub was full, the atmosphere was fab, the workers were welcoming, helpful and polite, we ordered from a great menu and when our food came none of us were disappointed! compliments to the chef is a long time since I had such a pleasant meal, and in such a beautiful environment. if they get the chance to go, make sure they check the loos below with the funky brickwork! we're coming back!

the best thing about this place is that they have a vegan menu. not sure that I would recommend the order of him however. the words did not correspond to the presented means of life. my tempura was oily, not very tasty with some of the sweet hard and undercooked. the fungal porn should have been a glorious fungal experience (especially for the price £15 instead it was a boring, fat warm salad with some little lustre cut brown mushrooms and other interesting mushrooms that (have cooked beautifully) had potential. a pretty expensive meal and I had a pretty miserable face at the end of it. it has to go better, they really get down. as bad as this area urgently needs good vegan options.

I'm connected to my partner-emni family here. they had warned, I am vegan with milk allergy and the immediately handed over the days vegan menu to his parents for me. when we got a menu there, have been revised and options added. I remember briefly before changing the menu, so it is seasonal and dependent in what they have in / can order. this is one of the only times I have ever had a three cure meal and enjoyed it.
