"we stayed at the Inn for 6 nights and it was just wonderfull. The room was not large but sufficient. The bathroom, with excellent shower, was big enough for 2 people to use at the same time. Everything was clean and well kept. The pub was closed as from 18:00 on sunday, monday and tuesday but as there are enough other places nearby to get somethng to eat or drink this is not a big issue. On the days the pub was open we enjoyed the food and drinks in the beergarden and it was heaven. Staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. I definetely recommend the Inn if you want to visit the Cotswolds"

Ordered 3 x sandwiches with chips. Fish fingers were stone cold, bread bordering on stale. One portion of chips missing. Appreciate staff shortages.

Truly wonderful for everything, from the quality of their food, to the comfort of their rooms and outstanding customer service. Would give more stars if I could.

We were staying nearby in order to visit Kelmscott Manor … so it was a no brainier to eat at The Plough one evening. The pub and location very much look the part and thankfully the food, service and ambience were of all matching good quality. I would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at the Plough Inn. The rooms are nicely furnished and decorated and the bar and restaurant are nice places to spend time with friends and family. I'd also like to mention Vincent, who kindly posted back my water bottle which I left behind in my room. Thanks again Vincent. Would highly recommend.

Turned up on a Tuesday lunchtime looking for a drink while walking the Thames Path. Pub looked fabulous. The main door clicked shut and was locked as we approached. Told at the side door to the bar that they were shut until 3 and that a pint and a glass of wine was not possible. Thought rural pubs were struggling and might be keen for custom. Did however get an excellent pint at Ye Olde Swan at Radcot a few miles downstream, where the landlord was very welcoming. View menu

We stayed the night in readiness to go to the Royal International Air Tattoo the next day, and we had a wonderful stay. Our bedroom felt so cosy and traditional and we had such a lovely experience with the staff members. Such friendly people and we had some lovely chats. The food is also lovely. We hope to visit again. Ailsa and Rich P.S. They also very kindly offered to send back to us a bottle that we left in our room, which we look forward to receiving shortly.

We stayed here for one night while hiking the Thames Path, and we really enjoyed it. It is a really charming place. The room was so nice and clean and really romantic. The staff here is friendly, but they seemed a bit stressed out with many guests. The dinner was really good. Especially the bread was amazing the best bread we had on our entire 16 days holiday in England. The breakfast was also good. The inn has a good location close to the river, and it is nice and quiet and perfect for good nights sleep in a good bed.
