"Very warm friendly environment loved the decor wasnt told that the menu upstairs which we had booked only had certain menu which wasn’t much to offer and was told if wanted other food which my partner asked for a burger or something different as stated on the sites menu to be told we cant have anything from that menu unless u booked a table downstairs unfortunately when booking doesn’t tell u this so we had to order a couple of starters and leave and go somewhere else to get food such a shame as we love the rock lodge"

Booked a table for 6 people 1 dog Saturday evening,We were very well looked after. The decor ambience was great as was the food.Our dog also enjoyed a generous bowl of chicken!!!! Would definitely recommend will definitely revisit when back in whitstable.

A lovely family meal,with our dog. Bit disappointed that Mussels weren't on the menu that evening. Our dog was made to feel very welcome, and was even given her own chicken meal lovely gesture Amazing atmosphere, and even more amazing attentive bar staff. Would definitely recommend The Rock Lodge.
