"Came here today after going to another of this company pubs (the chequers at Potterhanworth) and I was very pleased beautiful village pub with a restaurant area and seperate bar area. Absolutely beautiful relaxing decor, staff so friendly and cheerful. We went for a Sunday lunch and it was beautiful very prompt fresh and very tasty. Would highly recommend this place will definitely be going again. 5 stars from me"

We have been looking for a good Sunday lunch in the area and this was by far the best. Amazing value for money, the pork was incredible… so tender with great crackling and the desserts were also brilliant. All in all a great quality Sunday lunch.
