After a long break we were back at the Wielandshöhe. Some things never change happily. The Wielandshöhe was and is simply great and fulfills one with joy! To enjoy the 4-course menu, plan a lot of time.

My darling invited me to our 7 years old. I wouldn't have expected the action. The night was nice. For eye and mouth. High quality ingredients, finely tuned and successful dishes served in a beautiful atmosphere by a qualified really very friendly staff. Conclusion: That was delicious!

A great evening with honest kitchen. For the second time we were visiting. In comparison, there are more simple creations of the dishes, but these are prepared directly to the point and the quality is at the top. Wonderful menu of regional products without show deposits. Z.B Zander with chives. The Zander was, like the other gears, cooked to the point. All plates were served with a hood, so the food was still warm at the table.We had the wine tasting to eat. Very good wines and the 0.1 l per vintage were not gifted with the measuring cylinder. As a highlight at the end the dessert with heavenly vanilla sauce and crispy apple strudel. The service is easy and very attentive. We had a wonderful evening to two.

I had a 5-course menu and the individual dishes were good, but from the star kitchen I expect a little more. The stone butt was perfect and also tastefully very good, with the 2 mouth full mini wings from the black horn, the olives were too dominant for me, the roe was boiled to the point, but the juniper cream sauce for my taste was a bit too tired. The bark soup and the black forest cup (an iceball, a few sour cherries and some cream) as dessert were ok, for a star menu, but quite modest.
