"Only had a takeaway, but will be back to eat in.. Good portion size. Chicken and Lamb was cooked well. Kids enjoyed their Chicken tikka. Chicken Pathia could have been hotter (spice), it’s usually ‘one up’ from a madras . Nothing was oily . Very friendly staff. Another review mentioned refurbishment? Maybe it’s been done , I thought it was really nice in there, and certainly didn’t smell . I sat there with a beer whilst I waited for my order, seemed to have decent wine on list too, which isn’t always case with Indian restaurants. Having recently moved to Epping , glad to find a new local “go to” curry house"

My wife and I visited early evening on a return from London, we couldn’t see chicken chat on the menu and we asked if it were possible to make it for us, not Bly did they happily make it, but as the attached photo shows, the presentation was Michelin Star worthy. The rest of our food was very good and will return. Impressed with their service and polite attention to customers.

Although we no longer live in Epping we still drive the 40 minutes or so to get here. Birthdays here have become our family tradition. Even with some of our family unable to eat dairy they were very patient explaining to our group what they could or couldn't eat. With a free drink at the end and the manager taking time to speak to us, it's all part of their great service. Make sure you book, it gets BUSY. Dietary restrictions: More than happy to discuss some of our guests non diary requirements. Parking: You get free parking around the back.or you can try the high street.
