A disgusting place where Ukrainian wives, working as waiters, cheat on their husbands with Italian colleagues in the toilets. At the same time, the owners do not stop such activities in any way. Disgusting!!! Who wants to rent a prostitute for the night look for the waitress Inna. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The place is really traditional, food was delicious, but the service is really poor. The waiter was hurrying us to order and when paying the bill he told us that the minimum tip is 5€. When I ask where it’s written, he got offended and put the initial number. It’s rare experience in the south of Italy, usually service here is excellent. All in all, I’m not coming back as you have plenty other places to go. Service: Dine in

I am able to share my impression of visiting this restaurant. While the ambiance and cuisine were okay, the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress Inna, who served our table, showed a minimum of attention and friendliness. The order was not accepted correctly, and we waited longer than expected for the food. I hope that the restaurant administration will take these comments into account and improve the level of service. Until the next visit, if there will be one, I hope for positive changes.

As usual, every time we go to Naples we choose to have dinner or lunch at Zi Teresa. However, last week I was not satisfied and not because of the quality of the food, but because of the lack of information. I chose a dish of grilled prawns (18 euros) and, when ordering, I asked if I could have grilled scampi instead of prawns. I was told there would be no problems. At the time of the bill, my 4 scampi cost 51.50 euros: no one had told me that the price would not be the same as the scampi were sold by weight. Well, I was very upset. Obviously we paid the bill, with the knowledge that the next time we return to Naples, we will, despite ourselves, change the restaurant.

The place has its indisputable charm. Historic venue and one of the most extraordinary locations in the world. The service was also very good: attentive, kind and helpful staff. Average prices for the restaurant. The food left something to be desired: the fried starters were not at all dry and crunchy; the mussel soup was a little skimpy for what you paid. First courses of a high standard in cooking and preparation. The desserts were all particularly good The bitter Jefferson (promised by the attendant) was unfortunately finished. In short, the kindness of the staff makes up for quite a few shortcomings. We'll see you again in September for the remedial exam. Perhaps.
