"I don't understand that this establishment has laudable opinions! They're far from reality. The welcome is disastrous. The boss has no consideration for customers who book. His way of expressing himself in public is vulgar and not worthy of a restaurant known to Gassin. What a disappointment with the dishes! I'll put 20/20 for the gel. How can I call an expressive cuisine? Fast food! Yeah, that's it! A perfect restaurant for a rest area. The day you pay the view of the countryside and the evening, nothing to hope..."

typical Provencal cuisine. Preferred location. To be recommended. Nice boss. Caregivers. Very nice village.

We didn't know this place was open during this Easter days, but fortunately it was. And they still have vegan food and wine.

Très déçu par rapport aux propriétaires de l an passé... Plus de plat gastronomique Une cuisine ordinaire avec des prix élevés..

Magnificent place: a superb discovery. Nothing to complain about, impeccable service, succulent cuisine and magnificent setting. Make the detour, you will not be disappointed.... We returned there several times during our stay in Gassin.

Gorgeous. It was sublime. The dishes are tasty and very appetizing. The staff is pleasant, courteous and helpful. Professionals who love their job, from cooking to serving. More and more rare. Thank you for this moment. And see you soon....

first lunch of the year to the old gassin! the panorama on the Gulf of St Tropez, the sun and the welcome to the restaurant always very nice. We enjoyed an excellent well-cooked meal, a careful presentation, a careful service. A real pleasure! Come on, it's really nice.

Really beautiful place in a fantastic village. They have 2 unique vegan options on the menu when I was there, they also had Gatzpacho and Sorpto for Dessert. The food was really good and I was finally happy to find something vegan in France. Note that the water in France is really expensive, so always ask for tap water.

"Had lunch there for my 40th birthday with my wife and my 5 yo son : we had a wonderful time, just what I expected for my birthday . The terrace is located in the hotel La Residence de la Pinede so the location and service are perfect, the top notch maître d 'hôtel is superbly seconded by his staff, there really is nothing more to say than perfect when they successfully create a relaxed atmosphere in a 5 location with amazing food. Let 's be clear on something: don 't go there if you 're on a budget because you 'll end up frustrated, you want to chose what you wish to eat and drink not what you can . If we 're ok on this part let 's move forward. That have a formula (95€ with the degustation menu that also includes the loungers on the beach if you wish to enjoy the private beach of the hotel or their pool. We ordered a La carte because we didn 't feel like eating that much and preferred more options for our lunch. A little bummer there : you end up paying more but the loungers are not included so we end up paying 140€ for two of them. We didn 't let this waste our precious stay but it 's not very classy on their part. My son had the pasta (many choices including penne, fettuccine, spaghetti... with bolognese sauce, they 're the BEST I ever tasted and with a 5 yo I 've tasted a lot of them in many locations (including luxurious ones . We shared an entree of smoked salmon and tarama, the salmon was really good, the kind of salmon you expect when they have a real chef orchestrating his kitchen : fresh and delicious. I, then had ravioli filled with ris de veau and foie gras swimming in a sage leaf pool, it was magnificent and I never order foie gras because I don 't enjoy it that much. You have many bread options, we had the fougasse and it was delicious. The champagne list by the glass is amazing : we had Dom Perignon and Krug rosé, definitely pricey but you don 't look at the price when you can get so many options (the sommelier had 5 or 6 options of champagne by the glass for me , you have more classic options too but I was so happy with the ones I had . I was the only one to have desert : a soufflé aux myrtilles with a liqueur de sureau, I was in shock tasting it . We then stayed on the beach and enjoyed the heated pool that was sooo warm after the hotel de Paris 's cold pool. Overall if we forget the bummer of the loungers that are included on the menu but not if you go à la carte and spend a lot more I give them 6 and will definitely come back"
