Very friendly staff, nice venue with good pub grub, 3 course meal each, shared a bottle of Red wine, all for under £40 with a £3 tip

The food was wonderful and the service was excellent, but the atmosphere could use some improvement, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Overall: Food: 4, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 3.

Great service for my birthday meal. Drinks delivery didn't take long after ordering. Food was delicious. Steak on point. Apparently the best chicken wings/thighs around (according to my dad). Toilets in a great condition and the resturant was clean and well laid out. Prices were really good for lunch time.

Went here this afternoon with my partner. Warm welcoming staff from the moment we entered. The best cheesy garlic bread ever and enormous. Main meals were lovely i had smothered chicken with chips my partner had mixed grill all really lovely couldn't fault a thing. The place was spotless and the staff very attentive throughout.. a very pleasant experience we shall be returning soon..

I had a beautiful and cozy experience in a clean room on the third floor, which offered a lovely view of the rear parking lot and the water beyond. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with the automatic check-in and arranging a taxi for us later on. I enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep and loved the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. Overall, it was a delightful stay. View menu

I stayed here last night and found it to be very clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the coast! I have a tendency to feel cold, so I requested an extra blanket, and it was already in my room when I checked in. I also asked for additional towels, an iron, and an ironing board, and they were brought to my room within minutes! I enjoyed a lovely meal at the Beefeater restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. I highly recommend this place!

I had an excellent overnight stay at Premier Inn. I’ve always experienced nothing but simplicity and comfort during my visits. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the rooms always smell clean and fresh. The beds are made of good quality cotton, and each room comes with air conditioning as well as the option of a bath or shower. My only minor complaint is that the windows don't open for some fresh air. However, the receptionist at the Swansea Bay location was incredibly accommodating when I requested a room with a view of the water. My request was fulfilled immediately. Overall, a very good experience!

This restaurant or hotel takes me back to a 70s vibe, reminiscent of the Odeon cinema foyer on Kingsway in Swansea if you're old enough to remember it. The food quality is acceptable, but it doesn't justify the usual high prices, especially when the portion of chips is about the size of a quarter from a bag of boiled sweets at the market. When we asked for more, we were told that was the standard portion size. For a steak and chips priced at £16.99, it felt rather stingy. Thankfully, my friend had a 50% off voucher for main meals, or I wouldn't have considered paying that price. I definitely won't be returning unless I have a 40-50% discount voucher.
