We had a nice dinner outside. The place is packed and so the service a little bit slow. The prices are steep for Frankfurt and the food was good but not outstanding

This is a great place to visit in Frankfurt they have tables to have a drink outside and the crowd is very nice very full and great service and food Would recommend it

This is a restaurant often used by my friend who lives in Frankfurt .After a relaxing boat trip we called in here for a late lunch. Waiters most attentive and food very good, for our main we had the sea bass baked in salt....really superb....Wine list fairly extensive with a reasonable choice. It is not a cheap place to eat but I did not leave feeling robbed. Eat outside if the weather permits as you look out on the old opera house View menu

...and you really pay for the location here...on the Old Opera place, directly in front of the monumental Old Opera house, really full of tables social distancing tables need more space...tables everywhere..... The food was quite nice, not spectacular and the cassata a little...too sweet. Prices definitely on the high end, but hey...sipping champagne on a warm summery evening while having some food and a nice conversation is priceless, now more than ever..

Hi, if you check my TripAdvisor profile you will see my posts are as neutral as possible, but this time I have to say that after being in over countries, hundreds of restaurants and hotels I have never felt so bad after the guy...in the picture the waiter with the beard was so rude to us . The Restaursnt was almost full but they were free tables empty. I spend with a friend almost min for him and the other waiter to talk to us, to assign a table for us. When we asked him for the third time he just said “there is no table for you here” I said “excuse me ?” And he said, yes there is no table for you here, please go somewhere else. This restaurant is located right next to Opera theatre so you have a view of this beautiful building. The menu is not extensive but has many things that I wanted to try. For appetizer, we had the grilled octopus with hearts of palm , olive...oil and lemon. The shaved artichokes with the olive oil and lemon was delicious and the octopus was very tender. We shared our second dish, the tagliolini with white truffles. This dish was good but I have had better ones in other restaurants. My main course was veal medallions with vegetables carrots, broccoli, sautéed potatoes and zucchini. The sauce for the veal made with seasonal mushrooms was delicious. The veal was tender and juicy.
