"I visited this restaurant with friends some time ago and found myself quite confused a few times. Several of us ordered naan bread, and when it finally arrived, I mistakenly claimed one for myself, only to discover it wasn't mine. The problem was that I wasn't informed about the toppings on my naan, which made me look a bit foolish. There were a couple of order mix-ups, but overall, it wasn't too bad, and I enjoyed my meal. It was my first time at this place, and when I ordered a 660ml cider, it arrived in a 330ml bottle, which was a bit disappointing. The restaurant is situated on a busy road, making it easy to access. However, the music was so quiet that it felt unnecessary. I hope that if I return, these minor issues can be addressed."

All the food was very bland and almost watery, this may just be due to curries being adjusted for British taste but it was a disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wonderful food, wonderful service with a smile. I had the stuffed chicken, which was delightdul, and can totally see how it had won an award. The only downside was that disappointed there were no deserts, never heard of a restaurant only serving main courses. Bewildered! Lost a star due to not serving puddings!

I visited this restaurant because it was part of the Meerkat menu offer. However, I felt they tried to overcharge me. The manager was rude and unprofessional, addressing my complaints as if he had rolled out of bed on the wrong side. I won't be returning, which is unfortunate because the food itself was actually quite good.

I went to the restaurant with a friend and had my usual chicken korma, which was absolutely divine. I will definitely be going back. I really enjoyed the restaurant; the air conditioning was perfect—not too strong, which can sometimes be an issue. The menu offers a wonderful variety, and as someone who tends to stick to familiar dishes, I appreciate that anything too spicy isn't on the list. I like to savor the taste of the meat, and the seasoning was delightful. View menu

I recently ordered a takeaway and the food was not good at all. The sauces were watery, the chicken was rubbery, the samosas were dripping with fat and the naan wasn’t cooked all the way through and had a thick dough like taste. Very disappointing and to top it off I was mis sold items when placing the order. I requested a samosa and 6 arrived and I asked for 1 pot of mint yogurt and 6 arrived. Personally I would avoid because overall a very disappointing experience.

We chose to go to The Cinnamon because it was part of the Meerkat's Meal promotion. However, when we asked for the bill and mentioned the promotion, we were met with a very rude response stating that there was new management and they no longer accept it. If that's the case, I recommend that they remove it from the app. The food was average; we have had much better meals at other local Indian restaurants. Additionally, the service was incredibly slow, and some of the waitstaff acted as though we were a burden to them.
