"Wow! We stopped by for lunch today since we were nearby, and although it was already bustling, the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff managed to fit us in. We’re so glad they did! Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but we weren’t quite ready for a big meal, so we ordered a Croque Madame and a French Dip from the smaller plates section, along with a side of chunky chips just to be safe. Even though they were clearly busy, the service was prompt, and the food was outstanding. The portion sizes were generous, especially the Croque, which was bursting with flavor. Even the chips were among the best we've ever had! If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try. If everything else is as good as the food we enjoyed, you're in for a real treat!"

The restaurant is truly lovely. The food is incredibly juicy. We were welcomed by a very friendly waitress who showed us to a table next to a cozy log fire. The dining experience was excellent, and the dishes were beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place.

The location is beautiful, tucked away off a country road, and the pub itself is stunning. The staff were exceptional, and the food was outstanding! I couldn't find a single fault with this place. It's also very dog-friendly and welcoming! If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely return for another visit.

brilliant pub, glad we stopped here. the staff immediately greeted us and set us. they were friendly and professional and ensured a really warm friendly service. the food was incredible and the building itself was impressive. clean them inside and held to a high standard throughout. the whole place just had a really good atmosphere. they allowed us to eat, with our two dogs, who sat quietly under the table.
