"We went for a lunch get-together with friends last week. Nice ambience and courteous service once again. For starters, we had samosa chat, papdi chat, veg pakodas, Singh wing chicken wings. For drinks we had lemonade (sweet nimbu paani). Starters were very good in taste...and quite big proportions. So one starter was more than enough for two persons on average. For main course we ordered butter garlic naan, lamb pav, chicken korma, chicken tikka masala and paneer masala. We liked the chicken korma and paneer masala better with the garlic naan. Freshly cut onion, green chilly and a piece of lemon was also served with the main course. The lamb pav was more like a burger to look at and served with fries and chutneys. The lamb pav was also very good in taste. Overall, we enjoyed a superb sumptuous meal with family and friends."

Reasonable food for a reasonable price. Nice terrace in a street, close to the Dom. Personel not so friendly.

It is delicious but pretty westernised Indian dining! You can taste soft Indian flavouring, if you are not familiear with Indian food, the menu is not very clear.

Visited with a group of colleagues, the food and service were fantastic, one of our group had specific dietary requirements and they understood completely. One niggle we wanted one last chilly nan but the kitchen had closed. All in all very good.

for a chain quite expensive. a small appetizer with three currys, which were only equipped with a vegetarian, €25. we were later to two over €100 in a good restaurant get two people each a good steak. the currys taste relatiw fad. they get a thai for the half of the gelding better eat. will not go. I ordered the sample platter, which we appreciated that the server told us that if it was enough fir teo, and he said that it was more than enough, and indeed it was. I understood that the pieces of chicken were larger pieces because the...region calls for it, but for us, the chicken pieces can be cut down smaller. We enjoyed the ambience and food, and instead of dessert i enjoyed the branca mint shnaps

Was pleasantly surprised to see an Indian restaurant in mainz and was more happy after dining here. This is definitely one of the best Indian restaurant in Germany and Europe. The taste is quite authentic. A lot better than the Indian restaurants in France. Though the...vadapav is not quite what we get in india. Apart from that i didn’t find anything lacking here. The quantity is lot and quality is awesome. They have also taken care to decorate the restaurant with indian theme. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good indian food in Frankfurt or mainz

"we thought it was time that four years ago opened patagonia in the mainzer neustadt to test. the bus and tram connection is excellent, the parking situation is very difficult. there is an outside area at the restaurant, and the dining room is large and clear. because the guests were distributed outside and inside, the reservation about opentable would not have been necessary. so we were allowed to choose a table and were welcomed by the two ladies in the service friendly. we found a rectangle with a view of a large flatscreen, on which a diashow of pictures ran from patagonia, which first triggered television. steaks are offered in all variations, and the selection is quite difficult. we first took three empanadas with different fillings that relatiw quickly came out of the kitchen and taste very good.My wife decided in the main course for a rumpsteak of the even medium rare with grill potatoes and salad. I had previously researched the card in the internet and asked myself what a flap steak was. wikipedia helped and so I knew it was a cut that is very common in patagonia and comes very close to the us sirloin strip. I wanted to try this and ordered it **** in the bloom. I took a foil potato. both supplements were handed with the obligatory sourcream with coriander. the two supplemental salads were fresh, colourful and crisp, with the carrots also liked as a supplement. Even with critical consideration, the performance was in all respects of expectations: the services were extremely friendly and stood also in the meat selection with rat and did the side. the we chose to be perfectly met. confusingly I found the hints in the menu on the recommended per steak. these were all together and especially between medium and well done. that was not comprehensible for me because of the top quality of meat, all in all a very successful evening with a quite reasonable price-performance ratio. we like to come back to patagonia."
