"The customer service was the worst. I entered the store alone and ordered pasta, a drink, and seasoned veggie. The food was delicious, but the worst part was that as soon as I finished eating, I realized that I didn't want to order dessert and was forced to pay the bill. When I visited, two-thirds of the seats were empty and I only stayed for about 30 minutes. I don't think the customer service of all the employees is bad, but one particular employee gave me a bad impression of the store. The elderly couple sitting next to me also said that it was the worst customer service they had ever had while visiting Rome. I'm sorry."

Was walking by here and feeling hungry so I took a chance, and was blown away by the quality of the food easily the best pasta and pizza I’ve had since I got to Rome, when I come back to Elettra I will be happy to bring a larger appetite.
