"We visited Eriki Indian Restaurant based in Crown plaza near Heathrow. We had starters like paneer shashlik, Amritsari Fish and chili Paneer. If I start with starters portions were small. Paneer shashlik had 2 cubes of paneer. Coming to Mains we ordered pilau rice which was just plain rice. Tarka daal which was good in portion and taste. Bhindi masala which looked like it was cooked from frozen bag. We ordered Naan , one can check photo's for it. Now food quality and taste 3.5 stars out 5. Ambience and service 4.5 stars, no doubt service was good. Price was a bit expensive, the bill came around 60 pounds but that is expected any hotel near Heathrow. I have added all photos so please do check out guys. We do go out as a couple to restaurant."

Very good chicken jalfrezi and garlic naan. Pulao rice was so-so, a bit too buttery. Overall a good dinner.

Excellent place! We recently had our Friend's Baby shower party here. All our guests were so impressed with their service. Food was very tasty. Nigel was very helpful. Thanks to the whole team.

This is a nice restaurant. We had 2 curries and they were excellent. The service was good too. It was happy hour 6 till 7:30 on a Friday, so luckily we had discounted drinks, which was a bonus. The bill for us (two people) came to £65, so not cheap, but we enjoyed it.

Nice place inside the Crowne Plaza hotel, plenty of parking and easy to find and enter. The food was not as good as I expected but the real issue is the service. They wait very long before taking order, took wrong beverages, another very long waiting before serving and bringing together entree and main. Finally serving drinking never arrived. Please put more attention to service to improve customer satisfaction

The food was great but the service was slow. It took a long time before they came to take orders. Min 15-20 minutes. That’s too Long so we iedere drinks and food at the same time. But after we ordered they served the starters and the main dish at the same time. Also not good. The food was great but those mistakes as just easy to fix with proper standard work in place. Please do a better job next time. Because the food is great. Easy parking and nice place.

I have no words of appreciation for this place. Food taste was much much below the expectations. Taste and flavours for which Indian food is famous was totally missing. Sorry! missed out on mentioning if you are still thinking about going to this place please do check partner websites for the information about what event they are hosting (you will not get that on ERIKI/ crownplaza website) that day else you will be surprised and forced to eat from the set menu.

Just had a top class meal in ERIKI where not only was the food delicious but the service was amazing and friendly. My waiter was a chap called Nicelee and although he was very busy had a nice friendly manner. When I ordered a single Moktail and it was slightly late arriving at the table he apologized (although not required as I could see he was busy) he then promptly bought 2 moktails 1 free for my wife! Thanks Nicelee, nicely done! Our holiday is off to a wonderful start.

"this is a great place Thai restaurant that we unfortunately do not visit as much as we want. it has been an established part of my hometown hornchurch and serves fantastic Thai cuisine for many years. I am now glad to say that on Saturday we had a opportunity to visit and again eating was full of all the aromes they expect from this style of food. on Saturday we have walked on our fifteen minute walk to the heart of the city where they find the restaurant. we entered and received the usual friendly reception before we took our places. While we looked at the menu, we ordered a beautiful bottle of maison bergon 2020 a delightful French sauvignon blanc, full of citrus fruits, apple and lemongras aromas. unusual for us we decided to choose a set menu. we chose the Bangkok menu with an additional Thai salad. this started with the prawn crackers and sweet chili diving sauce. the starter was a plate consisting of chickensatai, spring rolls, huh on toast, chicken strips prawn tempura, which was all fresh, hot and full of fabulous thai aromen. we followed this with our additional plate of the yum nuar a fabulous spicy salate of cut grilled sirloin, swirl, early swirl, coriander, lemon juice, fish sauce chili flock, which I would definitely recommend. we now went to the main courses that would be with ingwer in black bohnensoße, chicken green curry, sweet with egg noodles. thai jasmin reis. the aromen and choir again complicated themselves perfectly and made every dish absolutely delicious. to finish they can have either tee, coffee or a few pots vanilla ice cream. this brought our charming Thai lunch to the end, and we hope to do again in the near future. I would highly recommend a visit here as eating is fantastic and there is always a good friendly service. also it is a long established part of our community and should be supported. many thanks for our fabulous lunch and look forward to seeing them all again soon."
