"This restaurant is a hidden gem just outside of Lincoln, which conveniently means plenty of parking. The staff is warm and friendly, but the real highlight is the fresh and delicious sushi. The ingredients are flavorful and expertly put together. The eel presented as a dragon is a charming whimsical detail. In my opinion, any restaurant that serves peanut butter pie deserves at least one star right off the bat. I'd definitely come back, and I hope they stick around for a long time!"

I had sushi in many places in few countries. Ethans is one of the best. Add to it possibility of literally flaming feast and you might have experience like never before. Tips for later: take away is a bit cheaper than eating in.

Unexpected place for Lincoln, a little out of town but that just means the parking is good. Staff welcoming and friendly but most importantly the sushi is fresh and delicious. Ingredients were flavourful and well assembled. The centrepiece eel as a dragon was a good, whimsical touch. Peanut butter pie earns any place an immediate minimum star, in my opinion Would definitely return, I hope they last.
