Nice Sunday dinner, could of done with a bit more gravy that was served in the gravy boats they use. Didn't wait long for food to arrive even though it was very busy. Enjoyable Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

All was very nice , the food was good . However, the only issue was I had a code to get 30 percent off mains. We used the app , which was ok . However, there was no where to put the code in , so we had to order at the bar in the end Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I use this place fairly often as it is a good location to get our family together every now and again.The visit was a good experience, the food food and service was fine as it always is. Only one small complaint- at busy times there was only one person manning the bar, not her fault as people were called away to perform other duties, the girl was very efficient but struggled to cope when a large number of people wanted food and drink which meant a delay receiving drinks. probably not an issue during quieter periods but more noticeable on a busy Saturday.

The food was ok however the service wasn’t great . We weren’t asked how our meals were and the kitchen did not cook our starters at all . When we asked where our starters came after our food had arrived the man said did you even order starters in a rude tone . He then said he would go and check in the kitchen . He then avoided eye contact and didn’t come back to our table at all . We then managed to get hold of him and he said yeah they’re doing it . The steak was very grisly and wasn’t very enjoyable . Overall I’m very disappointed as we come here often .

It was a lovely meal 6 of us all enjoyed the meal, could do with more than one on the bar serving the beer drinks plus she was taking the meal orders as well which meant people were waiting for service on the bar. The food on the whole was good but peas were hard as bullets and we had to ask for steak knives which should have come out on the plate with the steak. The prawn cocktail could have been better the sauce was very watery no taste.The steak was very delicious and cooked just the way we liked it rare for me and med rare for the rest, the fish was well cooked and melted in your mouth. Would recommend anyone to have a meal there. We will definitely go again. Thank you Farmer Johns.
