"The food was very nice and definitely worth the money. However I am somewhat puzzled by the system of drink ordering at the table. During our visit the bar staff serve the patrons at the bar first...and there was a steady stream therefore our second round of drinks took 10 minutes to arrive!!!. We were sitting next to the bar so would have been more convenient to buy our drinks separately...defeats the theory of table service."

Well, we have just been for a birthday meal and it was absolutely fantastic! Vicki, our waitress was brilliant. She was helpful, funny and polite and she made us all laugh! Our meal was beautiful, compliments to the chefs. We will definitely be returning.

I regularly eat out at the Golden Eagle and I love it! The staff are super friendly, especially Claire, Vicky, Liam and Grant! The food always tastes great, comes out quickly and they have a good selection of drinks. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent meal out!
