"we were in the hatshedgehog for the second time. the first time a few weeks after the opening. here I found the concept, the service and the environment class, the kitchen performance was throughgrown, which I once booked under tackiness. I wanted to give him a second chance. we were there yesterday with eight people. Right away to say: I have rarely eaten so well, at such a reasonable price. I had nothing to do with yesterday evening, and this is quite rare with me (I am really no one who can make it so easy.) to the details: the recipe was very friendly, the service crew insisted on tonight exclusively by young ladies. they have acted exactly as I expect from a good service: sympathetic, attentive, professional, intrusive. to eat: as an appetizer I had tartaric acid from the Irish ceremonies. which was in square shape between two crispy halves (not exactly know what they consisted, but was delicious for me) on the dish. a Crimson sauce and a potato cream cheese. the latter really looked like a small cream brunette had a very fine consistency and tasted excellent to the wetar, especially in combination with the delicious brot that was given to us before (brot was very fresh/soft with a chess crust.) my seat immortal had something that looked like half rooted thun fish in a teig roll and he was absolutely enthusiastic. also the cellular mosaic and the cesarsalate were very good. as we decided for the house wine. I usually do this rather rarely, but the red house wine I already found at our first visit is great, and this time he loved me again (especially at the price of € 24, the bottle.) is also a cuvee that they only get into the hats and igel. I had brain medals as the main court. the meat was simply perfect, really slender and cooked on the point without dizziness. the celery cream and the mischievous were also delicious and excellently matched. the combustible cake that was there would not have to be out of my eyes. that was delicious, but for my understanding in this court was unnecessary. when I dessert I had a chocolate pudding. he was actually not a pudding, but a kind of chocolate cake with a lot of liquid core. there was a vanillige cream, a homemade lemon sorbet and some bright and dark crispy scatters that made the dessert even more shaky. I also found the dessert excellent. friends at the table had their problems with the chocolate cake, not because they did not taste, but because they had expected a real pudding. the chocolate cake tastes very intense after chocolate and is less creamy/milky/sweet than a pudding and therefore probably not everyone's thing, I would probably call it different on the map. conclusion: price/performance excellent. after the incoming difficulties (which also gave in the conversation the dam of the service) found themselves hate and hedgehog finally and offers what one expects from a restaurant in which a pointed chef (stefan-marquard) is involved. we're coming back to the final."
