Kensington Cafe - Menu

Came here for breakfast after visiting family. It did not disappoint. The full english certainly cured my hangover. The atmosphere and vibe was cool.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, the prices are great, and everything tastes fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch, and I am very particular about my food. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is great. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place.

recently renovated with a new chef at the tax, this place is excellent. attentive service, local ingredients, excellent brunettes. I am looking forward to tasting your new tasting menu that appears to be starting in the juli. best breakfast/brunch I had a one-way and a great addition to the north laine in brighton

I have been here a couple of times in the past few months and I have to say that this is simply the best fry-up breakfast around. The ingredients are high quality, well presented, well cooked, and delicious. The staff is quite impressive and it is quickly becoming my favorite spot for breakfast and lunch. Thank you!

The surroundings and atmosphere are very in tune with what you expect from Brighton. The staff were lovely, friendly and accomodating. The food was reasonably priced (especially for being in The Laines). And as for the food, probably the best breakfast I have EVER eaten. Will be a regular haunt when visiting Brighton.

5 for this jewel. personal great, attentive good senses for humor, and happy to serve. the food had a burger with cheese and speck, it was delicious. ambiente was beautiful and quirky, nice touch with bottle corks. many more details than what I can mention here. blue moon beer was served chilled. cleanliness of what I could see that it looked clean.

Very average cafe. The wait for food was ridiculous without any notice. We ordered and then waited 50 mins for not a particularly nice sandwich. I find this totally unacceptable. If I’d been warned, we would have gone elsewhere. The worst part was hearing a staff member speaking really rudely to a customer and more shockingly showing prejudice to the person she was with. Brighton is full of fantastic cafes, this is not one of them.

My companion and I visited the café yesterday during lunchtime. We were halfway through our meal when the waitress asked us in such a way that it felt more like a rhetorical question to switch tables because another party of 2 had 2 more friends. However, we spoke to the 2 girls who were waiting for their friends to arrive and they told us that it was not their idea to ask us to switch, it was the waitress's idea. We told her that we would prefer to move once we had finished eating, at least, since having to pack up our food, utensils, drinks, bag, and move everything in the middle of a meal is not exactly relaxing. It was not the lunch we had planned. She did not apologize and seemed eager...
