"we have booked the kingway for our parents high-time day. what a farewell! we were asked to preorder our food to avoid disappointment in the night. we have made this via kingsway facebook week before our visit. they miss the meals. as a whole when we arrived and we had to tell them what we ordered. they came halfway through all those who eat there, and the other one did not even arrive until everyone was done. first we were told that we did not order the missing meal, but after we looked at our order on the kingsway Facebook page, it was in black and white there. of us had huh, which I can only assume that they had started cooking it on the day when our pre-order occurred. (It was so dry and calmed, you could melt your teeth with it). as a kind of apologise as they were grounded, we were told that the desserts we have ordered were free. you know that the things are bad if they didn't even ask us if everything was in order with our meals when we clear our tellers away. they knew it was a bad night, and they knew they had done a hate of everything and made us clear. it was a night to remember, but for all false reasons."

Nice place for a meal. Staff friendly and up for banter I was part of a funeral party and it would have been nice to open up for us when we arrived. Granted they don't open until 12 however it was a sunny day and no shade was available for people in wheelchairs.

beautiful eating not great worth for money they have wrong twice order long wait very bad customer service from a young girl server their cakes that I quote “where these go “ while they stand there with eating in their hands, also very clear they hate them...job very unlikely we will go for eating again

Under new management..carvery is brilliant...excellent choice...fresh veg..not repeat not frozen veg. For the 1st sunday carvery. Under new management...around 100 customers. All food used up plus deserts.. Monday nights is burger and home made chips..night. All meats sourced from local butchers..barlows of nuncargate. Not pre packed cheap meats.
