"We have visited three cacereño enclaves during the weekend. guadalupe, trujillo and caceres capital, eating in three different style restaurants. This in particular is the one that has most dripped us. They started well allowing us to eat even if we didn't have a reservation and a full restaurant. the local has several rooms decorated in a sober and elegant way. We order a tasting menu for two to 45€. and we start to get the dishes. all of them big without exception (normally there are exceptions, but it has not been this case), and with a characteristic that we appreciate a lot: the dishes had the potent taste of what the waiter told us. For example, if it was a duck that I knew and smelled like duck, if it was lemon the same and if it was cod noticed the league. very powerful flavors. spectacular presentation and great goodness. the gracious wine of the earth, also a success. I just have to congratulate you and wish you to continue on this path of quality and excellence."
