My mom and I stopped by for dinner. The owner is friendly, the staff are kind, and the food is delicious. We each ordered a "pasta of the day" and ended up coming back the next night. It's a great spot in warmer months because they have outdoor seating between the medieval buildings. Would definitely recommend.

This restaurant is located in the old village of Eze and serves Italian style food. During the day it is very popular. At night it takes on a different atmosphere of a more sophisticated restaurant, especially as night falls, yet the prices are most reasonable. The food is good and the friendly service is excellent.

We have dinner in this restaurant several nights. excellent pasta prepared by marinella. pasta dishes are copied. very good atmosphere in this restaurant thanks to helene, its good mood and its kindness. good value quality price. Nice place in the village ofeze. an address we recommend. Go ahead, you won't be disappointed.

we have selected this restaurant following the various reviews but, aïe... if the setting is pleasant the waiting is really too long. arrived the distributed almost the last. We had to ask if we had been forgotten... for an entrance and a pizza.... You don't have to exaggerate. fortunately pizza was good! experience to forget.

We had a large party of eleven people and the food, wine and service was excellent. I loved the staff they laughed with us, made suggestions and were very accommodating. The kids had various pizzas and all claimed they were fabulous. The adults could not stop talking about the rose wine for days, I wish I took a picture of the label! You can eat both inside and outside, great Italian food all around.

First off, if you have made it to the city of Eze, hats off to you. What an amazing place. The restaurant of La Taverne d'antan was amazing. The pasta is all fresh, the wine was refreshing and the atmosphere is indescribable. The service was good. If the have the ravioli special with the sage in a butter cream sauce ( honestly, I think that is what I had bc my French stinks) trust me and try it. Delicious.

After two and half weeks of non stop escargot and pate foie gras this was the very needed break from rich French food. We loved this place so much we ate here twice. Marinella and Max go out of their way to make you feel special and welcome. The food is fantastic and extremely reasonable compared to the other choices within the city walls of Eze. This was by far one of our our most favorite dining experiences. We will not forget eating here ever on our three weeks in France.

Restaurant in located in the middle of medieval village of Eze. Tables are on the both sides of narrow street. It offers Italian-style food like pizzas, pastas and risottos. We haven't booked table in advance but we were lucky to get a table. We both felt like pizza day so we chose pizzas. Later on we saw that there was also days specialties available like fish and pork. Nobody introduced these dishes to us which was a little strange. Otherwise service was really friendly and helpful even both two waitress seemed to be very busy all the time.
