"I can see that the more we come, the more rudness exists there and treated like a rubish. Water from the tap in a plastic bottle, as the bottle was opened when I received it. Coca cola served from the 500 ml plastic pet put in a £250 ml glass. £2.40; the other half was kept for another customer who wish as well to drink coca cola, or if you want it , you could have it for another £2.40: The drinks are warm, not kept on the fridge; if you want cold, you ask for the ice, which changes the taste of a juice considerable. So we refused the cola but we should pay for it! Some dishes, the mains, are not written on the menu, so you don't know the price, and the owner charges you how much she wants in that day. The food at this restaurant was delicious, but we were disappointed with the atmosphere and decor. The service felt rushed, as we were pressured to order both starters and mains at the same time when we didn't want to. Despite this, the food was enjoyable, especially the chili oil. However, the staff and owner could improve their customer service by being less rude. Overall, the food is deserving of a rating of 5.

I dined at this restaurant last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the restaurant's friendly owner, an older lady, made my visit even more enjoyable. I couldn't find any Aubergine dishes on the menu, so I asked if they could make one for me. Without hesitation, she had the chef prepare a pasta alla norma dish for me. The vegetarian options on the menu were also great, and they even made a special vegetarian dish for me that wasn't listed. As for parking, the streets near the restaurant offer free parking after 6pm, and there is a council car park just a minute's walk away. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with top-notch service.
