"I ordered a seafood pizza and a tagliatelle with blue cheese bacon and mushrooms. The seafood pizza was without doubt the best pizza I have ever tasted in my life. Not the best seafood pizza THE best pizza I have ever had. For the price of £13.90 for both dishes I was shocked by the quality and the generosity. The tagliatelle with the dolcelatte cheese could have done with a touch more of the blue cheese and maybe a twist of salt more to bring the flavour out. But many restaurants tend to under season these days so the customer can do it themselves to their own liking. I ate both the pizza and the pasta all to myself, although it was that good I decided to put a bit away for later on because I wanted more of them delicious flavours for my supper. Excellent!!!"

If you want quality over quantity then this is the place. Proper handmade Italian thin pizzas that are awesome but around 9-10 inches in diameter. If you're a big eater then get 2, you won't regret it

This restaurant was recommended to me by a local. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent, good portions, and the staff were very efficient and extremely friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this eatery.

There was definitely no time for pictures. Even the little one devoured his massive pizza. He said it was the best pizza of his life (he's 7) and wants to go back for his birthday and Halloween although not a clue why Halloween but hey ho. Definitely would recommend and we are returning.

on Sunday we had a meal on a recomendation that it was really nice and we couldn't mistake it at all. jose the manager could not have been nicer or the waitress. would go back defo. I really find it annoying how people can mix over the smallest things. So what if this is written is small on the menu. the people need to do something as to choose.

Went here for my daughter 's 4th birthday with all the family. They accommodated us with no issues. The restaurant was quite busy the night of the little party but the service was impeccable and the food was absolutely amazing! Delicious, steaming hot even though there was a lot of us to serve, couldn 't fault anything. Thank you very much for making my little girls birthday the best birthday ever! Quoted from my little one.

Our first visit. Booked for 6pm Sunday. On arrival made very welcome and taken to a well presented table by the friendly receptionist. We had two starters, two mains, one ice-cream desert, a large house red and a Guinness, and two coffees. All the food was beautifully presented, hot, tasty and generous. The meals were not rushed, just perfectly timed. What's not to like for £46 all in. Thankyou Papa Luigi's Wigan for a lovely evening.

we have friends who live near and I will never be sick to eat here, I cannot wait to visit. the staff is wonderful, friendly and friendly and nothing is too much annoyed. the menu is wide and diverse (as I do not eat bark, lamb or pig) I gravit against fish and shellfish, of which there is a good choice and fortunately I have not disappointed yet. every time we dine here, everyone enjoys and has a thoroughly enjoyable meal. they need to book as this restaurant as it is very busy.

"After reading the reviews we was really looking forward to eating here ,however it turned out to be the worst tapas and worst service we have ever received . After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our drinks order we then waited a further 30 mins to be served with what can only be described as toast with tasteless mushed up tomatoes on , this was inedible and hardly touched , a further 20 minutes on and we was served a single dish of chicken between two of us again this was very bland and resembled nothing like a original tapas dish more like a chicken korma again this was hardly touched . When I enquired as to where the rest of the food was I was told they was very busy . With this we decided to cut our loses and asked for the bill . Before leaving we tried to have a conversation with the manager who is also the chef to give some honest feedback ,however he wasn’t open to listening , he’s response was “it’s normal in a tapas restaurant to receive one dish at a time between two with a large gap between dishes wasn’t it explained to you that’s what tapas is “We felt this was a very patronising remark as we eat tapas on a regular basis and know this is definitely not the case . To matters worse there was people who came in after us with multiple plates and tucking in nicely to their meals . The manager who was obviously struggling to cope on a busy Saturday night should have just apologised and admitted our order had been overlooked . If you are looking for authentic Tapas with excellent service in Wigan go to Casa Carlos this place doesn’t deserve your hard earned money ."
