"I have booked my daughter a birthday party 2 weeks in advance online. Got confirmation email straight away. I also rung the restaurant as I've had some questions regarding cake and stuff. From the get go the staff were really friendly and informative. On the day we came a bit earlier just to make sure we have what we need. Again, we were warmly welcomed and assured of the proceedings. Danny, the person leading the pizza making process was marvelous with the children and very funny, making the whole experience wonderful for the children and putting us at ease when it came to entertaining. The whole party went really well with the food being very tasty and leftover packed for the guests to take home with them. At the end, when it came to payment, I've realised that I've forgotten my wallet and the only wat for me to pay was with my phone. The issue was that I could only pay £100 at the time, but to my rescue came Danny again, splitting the bill to smaller, under £100 chunks, putting my mind at ease. And for all that a massive thank you to Danny and staff on the day, that have catered to all our needs with the smile on their faces. 5 stars and a fat tip. Highly recommend."

We all had the best time at Pizza Express today. All the staff were amazing and friendly, an extra special thank you to chef Louie. My son was observing him and before I knew it, one of the waiters had swept an apron over his head and he was joining in! Also found him cutters and once he’d finished they even baked them for him to take home! He’s convinced he wants to be a chef when he’s older. Not great at all… been to this restaurant for many years but today was a bit of a shocker , we did book but arrived earlier but not an issue, did get told there was a wait on food we thought that’s ok l, however sat there for an hour with a drink not a staff member came to us at all asking or just updating us with food or would we like some water etc , seriously awful staff attention yes and probably lack of staff , this was awful and we should of got up and walked as this was seriously not acceptable but we didn’t , delay in food but an hour !!
