"Last week we were eating in seven in lugano. the service was very friendly from the beginning and tried. at the beginning we were told that the chef des sushis would be sick and therefore there would not be sushi this evening, but we did not want to tang because we did not want to sushi anyway. When the order was taken, unfortunately, forget to ask for supplements to the main course so that we later had to eat the very good laughs from the grill without any supplement, which was already a bit unsatisfactory.Des so we had to wait very long for the discernment of the teller. the weeping was refilled until serving the main course, after which it was forgotten. at dessert only the order of a person was waited, the second of us could not order anything and we had to call the waitress again to the table. the same happened at the coffee order again. overall eating was good, especially the rindscarpaccio to the appetizer was excellent. the service very hard and friendly but still insufficient because overwhelmed."

Good club. I think it's definitely in the top 3. Warm drinks in the lounge are a no go! That was the third time now. For 350 a bottle, please cool the drinks!! Otherwise fine.
