"The hot foods such as Tempoura and Spring Rolls or Octopus Balls are excellent. The sushi was just a farewell. The ribbed eye maki tasted as if it had been left out all day. Bill was higher than I expected when one looked at his half price, like about £75 for 2 of us. Beverages and dessert were not half the price, but only had 1 beer, Japanese tea and a mock tail, so would not be the full price here."

Great food. Some sportiness in the timing, and a few things not available. But overall great

The food quality and service are better than my last visit 5 months before. The food quantity is lesser, which is good because you can grace chance to taste other food. Highly recommended.

the eating was excellent and the service of the personal was amazing, we felt so welcome, only complaining it would be a little expensive, so it could not afford to go very often, but definitely come back. real plants would be nice instead of fake. View menu

I really enjoyed the experience and I would highly recommend it. I went to have dinner with my daughter and the food was excellent and the service also very good, attentive but without overwhelming us. We had a relaxed time an we didn't feel pressured to leave. We will definitely come back.

I went for all you can eat dinner on Sunday. Two types of sashimi (shrimp and mongo ika) were out of stock. I asked the staff for more wasabi but she didn't give me. Service is robotic in the sense that they keep saying thank you upon delivering the dishes. Honestly I would like responsive staff to my request than being superficial.

"I've been to a couple of different Dishoom branches a few times and have never been disappointed by the breakfast options. The sausage naan roll is excellent. A couple of really tasty vegan sausages with some melted vegan cheese all wrapped up in a lovely soft naan and served with some sort of sweet chilli dipping sauce. My go to now is usually the vegan Bombay. It's a good hearty breakfast plate with... a couple of the same well seasoned vegan sausages. Some vegan tofu akuri a nicely spiced tofu scramble. Some very well cooked mushroom slices (that are maybe a wee bit under seasoned). The baked beans are really nicely spiced, elevating them far beyond the standard sweet sauce fare that's the usual. A few slices of well flavoured black pudding (that could be fried to being a bit crispier). A cooked tomato which is a bit dull, I've never been keen on tomatoes on my breakfast plate and this once has not changed my mind. It could do with some more charring and maybe some spicing. To help you mop everything up, the whole thing is served with a couple of soft bread buns that have been nicely toasted. I usually top the whole thing off with some chocolate chai with oat milk you get free refills for your chai. Unfortunately, it isn't wheelchair accessible. There are stairs up into the restaurant and various small flights of stairs to get to different parts of the restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 25"
