"Was so excited to visit here having heard so much about how great it is. But unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype I’ve seen..we pre booked for 5pm arrived at 4:50 and the place was closed ..so wandered around for 10 mins then went back..it wasn’t like we expected at all not very welcoming and the place was freezing cold ..people sat with coats on! It reminded me of a canteen rather than a restaurant Service was good but food was no better than I can get from my local takeaway. No warmers were used under the food like in other Chinese I’ve been to in the past so we didn’t finish our mains as they went cold before we could eat them. The gluten free options were good (I had no reaction) we had the set meal..could have done without the salt and pepper chips..they don’t really say Chinese restaurant to me. All in all..not somewhere we will be going again. Especially when there are so many other gf places nearby."

Very nice place to eat. Glutenfree menu, and the food was really good. Very nice place to eat.

Crispy beef, sesame prawn toast, vegetable spring rolls after 9 years of coeliac was amazing. Well worth the 1 hr and 38 min trip

such delicious food, really clued up on allergens. We had the sharing menu, and it was so much food! The cocktails were delicious too View menu

I have never had Chinese food that was as good as this gluten-free restaurant. It may have been the best meal I've enjoyed since being diagnosed with celiac disease. The staff were very knowledgeable about allergens, and the gluten-free menu was extensive. I was incredibly impressed by the delicious dishes.

It was so great to finally have a gluten free Chinese meal! There was an extensive gluten free menu, we had the gluten free sharing menu! The veg spring rolls and the chilli beef was lovely, however I would probably pick my own mains next time as it was quite sweet with the sweet n sour chicken! the restaurant is a little bit dated but all in all a good experience! I didn’t have a reaction after the meal and I’m very sensitive to gluten!

This establishment is strictly a take-out spot. I would not recommend it for anyone looking to celebrate an anniversary or go on a date. I was very disappointed with the food, as it was overly salty and did not taste authentic Chinese cuisine. The reviews on the website are not accurate, as the service was poor and the food was heavily seasoned. Despite booking a table, you can simply walk in. This is not the romantic dining experience that was advertised. Save your money and try a different restaurant instead. View menu

Truly just a terrible experience. My partner couldn’t finish their chow mein it was so salty. Servers are nice but slow and fail to mention that a side of sweet and sour sauce is £4! Seriously, £4 to have some sauce so I can tolerate the dry fried food I ordered. Portions are too big and would rather pay less for a sensible portion. Who wants a £15 box of chips(must of been 5 or 6 potatoes I swear) with a bit of chicken thrown on top. We stopped by because of the gluten free options, but take my celiac word for it. It’s not worth the chance!

I recently visited this restaurant and the food was amazing I couldn’t believe it was gluten free it was delicious after 2 years not being able to eat food like this it was the best feeling ever. We ordered prawn toast , salt and pepper box , chicken chow mein and curry sauce it was all delicious I really thought I would of had a reaction to this food as I was so worried but I didn’t have no reaction at all !! I will definitely be returning here again the dedication in this restaurant to gluten free is unbelievable it was worth the 40 minutes travel to get here from Liverpool .
