"What a wonderful evening! Jen made a reservation at this fantastic restaurant and let them know it was my 60th birthday. The staff put in exceptional effort to make my birthday celebration special. My table was decorated with happy birthday confetti and there was a banner across the windows. The food and service were excellent. To top it off, I was presented with a beautiful cake, candles, and was serenaded by Imelda and her team. It was truly an amazing evening at a lovely restaurant in Thornbury. Imelda, you run a fantastic restaurant and your staff are incredible. It was a 100% exceptional evening. Thank you from Robyn Morrison. (We forgot to take photos of our food choices, but they were all delicious!)"

Had dinner here tonight. The food was fantastic and the prices were fair. The service was attentive and we did not feel rushed. This was my second positive experience here and I will definitely be returning in the future.

My partner and I love coming here. The food is always amazing. Portions are generous in particular the duck starter with lots of pancakes and hoisin sauce. Waiting staff are always very friendly and obliging. Fairly priced too. We would fully recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of the appetizers, but I highly suggest trying the minced pork on sesame toast - it was delicious. The main dishes were also excellent, and I will definitely be returning soon. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. While the Pad Thai was a bit too sweet for my preference, it was still really good. View menu

A lovely special meal. We started to look through the main menu, struggling as we were spoilt for choice, so decided on the special Valentine's day set meal and were certainly not disappointed. 4 yummy starters, followed by 3 main course dishes and rice. The restaurant was subtly decorated with hearts with a red rose on every table (still beautiful almost a week later). The staff were friendly and attentive. All in all, a very special evening. REPLY: the given review wasn't because you couldn't accommodate us, it happens. The one star rating was given for the unacceptable rudeness of the woman who called us to tell that you don't have availability anymore. Didn’t get to go to the restaurant. Made a reservation online and 3 hours before was called by a rude woman saying that I could have the table for 2 hours from 5 pm instead 7 pm as booked. When I said it’s too early for me, she replied so sorry and hang up on me straight away.
